No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. PURE GOUT (2) Got the cash when winning last run around here and will be well suited at the distance. Won last 2 on the trot. Should go well. ROYALE MAPLE (4) Looked good when 2nd last start at this venue. Producing consistent results this campaign. Suited. BLACK HAWK (1) Average at best when 4th last time at the track but has minimal work to do from the draw. Will be trying to topple them late. Can give this a shake.
